  • How is the module delivered?

    The module is taught via a series of videos, downloadable course books and 2 live video classes with your HOTEL SOCIAL tutor. Video lessons include introductions to each section from your tutors, and include hotel-specific examples of navigating Google Analytics 4 day-to-day. Your knowledge will be tested by quick quizzes and a mid-module assignment, which will be graded with feedback from your tutor in your live video classes.

  • How long is the module and what is the time commitment?

    This module takes place over 8 weeks. Students should expect to spend between 1hr 30mins and 2hrs 30mins each week on study time and completing tasks. Each of the 2 live video classes last for approximately 1.5hrs.

  • How large are the class sizes?

    Class sizes are capped at 30 to ensure first-class mentorship from the tutors. Classes comprise of a diverse mix of hotel professionals affording the opportunity to make new friends, learn from each other, and foster a healthy sense of competition.

  • What happens after I pre-register?

    Upon pre-registering for this module, one of our HOTEL SOCIAL tutors will be in touch to discuss your student(s) availability, and get you booked in to the next convenient class.

  • Do I need to have access to GA4 to complete the module?

    Yes. If you require any assistance setting up your Google Analytics 4 account, one of our HOTEL SOCIAL tutors is on-hand to guide you before the module starts.

  • Will I have the opportunity to ask questions?

    Yes. Our HOTEL SOCIAL tutors are available over email if you need any assistance during the module, and in your live video classes you will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions and to share screen to address any specific challenges you may be having.

  • Can I train more than 3 students?

    Yes, absolutely. We welcome larger class sizes up to a maximum of 30 students. You can purchase training for 1-3 students online, or to enquire about pricing and availability for larger teams, please email [email protected]
